Role: DevOps Engineer
Team: Tech
You make sure everything runs—and keeps running. As a DevOps Engineer at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll be responsible for the infrastructure, deployment workflows, and cloud environments that support our digital builds across client projects.

You’ll work closely with the Tech Lead, Full-Stack Developers, and QA to manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure that every build is secure, scalable, and production-ready. If you’re someone who thrives behind the scenes—building systems that keep everything online, fast, and fail-safe—this is your role.

Key Responsibilities
1 / Manage Deployment Pipelines and Environments
Set up and maintain CI/CD workflows to ensure smooth, consistent deployment across staging and production environments.
2 / Oversee Hosting, Infrastructure, and Monitoring
Manage cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, or similar), monitor uptime and performance, and proactively address infrastructure needs.
3 / Support Dev Teams With Build Tools and Automation
Collaborate with developers to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and troubleshoot infrastructure-related blockers during builds.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We're looking for experience that shows strategic thinking, adaptability, and a strong grasp of your craft. These aren’t hard requirements—just signals that you might thrive in this role.
