You’re the one who turns numbers into clarity. As the Finance Associate at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll support our Finance Lead in managing internal financial systems, preparing client-facing financial documents, and helping ensure that every dollar has a direction.

This role sits within the Strategy org and is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in both spreadsheets and client-facing decks. You’ll play a key part in the financial structure that keeps the Collective agile and efficient. If you’re analytical, fast-moving, and eager to grow under strong leadership—this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
1 / Support Internal Financial Systems
Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, payment tracking, and reporting processes across departments.
2 / Contribute to Client Proposal Financials
Help build out pricing breakdowns, margin analysis, and scope-based financial visuals for pitch decks and proposals.
3 / Maintain Financial Records and Documentation
Ensure that all financial data is clean, organized, and easily accessible for both internal use and client reference.
