You’re the spark at the top of the funnel. As a Sales Associate at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll be responsible for identifying ideal prospects, launching personalized outreach, and warming up leads for the Account Executive team. You’re strategic, detailed, and love making the right connection at just the right time.

This role will phase in once we’ve transitioned away from using VAs for outbound. You’ll become the internal expert on lead sourcing, CRM hygiene, and outbound performance. If you love researching potential clients, crafting messages that resonate, and helping drive real opportunities—you’ll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
1 / Source and Qualify New Leads
Research companies, contacts, and industries aligned with our ideal client profile.
2 / Execute Personalized Outreach Campaigns
Support top-of-funnel efforts across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other touch points.
3 / Track Metrics and Refine Processes
Own outreach dashboards, A/B tests, and lead tracking in our CRM.
