You understand how to turn brands into living, breathing voices online. As a Social Media Manager at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll manage social execution across multiple client accounts—bringing strategy to life through consistent, engaging content that moves with intention.

This role sits within the Growth team and works closely with both Creative and Copy to ensure each client’s brand presence is clear, aligned, and impactful. You’ll manage calendars, collaborate on content, and help refine what success looks like for each project. If you’re someone who thrives on context-switching, loves brand voice, and can bring structure to creativity—this role is your lane.

Key Responsibilities

1 / Manage and Execute Social Media Across Client Accounts

Own content calendars, platform strategy, and day-to-day publishing across multiple brands.

2 / Collaborate With Creative, Growth, and Copy Teams

Work hand-in-hand with designers and writers to ensure social content is aligned with brand visuals and tone.

3 / Monitor Performance and Optimize

Track engagement, audience insights, and content performance to refine output and inform future campaigns.
