As the Tech Lead at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll oversee technical strategy and execution across client projects—owning everything from architectural decisions to developer management to ensuring scalable, efficient builds.

This is a leadership role within the Tech vertical. You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Product, and Creative to scope technical solutions, define stacks, and guide developers through high-quality delivery. If you love combining big-picture thinking with deep technical oversight—and you’re confident managing multiple builds at once—this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
1 / Own Technical Strategy Across Client Projects
Determine architecture, tooling, and feasibility for web, mobile, and backend development needs based on project goals and constraints.
2 / Manage and Support Developer Teams
Oversee internal and contracted engineers, review code when needed, and provide technical direction and support throughout builds.
3 / Collaborate Cross-Functionally With Strategy, Product, and Design
Ensure technical decisions align with business goals, user needs, and creative vision—communicating clearly across disciplines.
